Once Upon a Time...
I graduated from Ohio University in 1985 and moved to Nashville Tennessee to be a Songwriter/Singer/TV-Radio Host but decided instead to work at Kinney Shoes and bell-hop at the Holiday Inn. I tried everything to get my foot in ANY door. Within a year, I started working at a Christian radio station and worked up to becoming the PD and morning man.
In February of 1988, My friend, Brian Fowler, called me and said they were looking for someone to team up with him to do mornings on 97.5 WONE in Akron Ohio. On February 29th, 1988 The Brian and Joe Radio Show was born.
Then in September of 2000 we started at 106.7 KAZY in Denver Colorado.
In July of 1992 we were blessed to come home to Cleveland and work at 107.9 The END.
In 1991 we came back to Ohio to work in Dayton at 102.9 "The Big WAZU"!
The Buzzard came calling in July of 1994 and our morning show began broadcasting on legendary 100.7 WMMS.

In 1998 we moved up the dial to Mix 106.5 WMVX and stayed there for over 10 glorious years!
After over 23 years together Brian and I were forced to go our separate ways. That's when I went to WKYC Channel 3 and also began working afternoons on 95.5 The Fish WFHM and you can still find me at both places today!
